Welcome to Rivendell
Rivendell is a friendly condominium community located in a bucolic setting in Shelton, Connecticut.
 
Our community consists of 126 units of different layouts, ranging from one story to three stories with garages, set on a hill among trees, flowers, rolling lawns, and two pools.
 
The complex is convenient to Route 8 and the Merritt Parkway.
 
 
Safety Notice
Have you had your dryer vent cleaned lately?
Having your dryer vent cleaned of lint on a regular basis can prevent vent fires, which peak in fall and winter months.
Is your Fireplace vent free of birds nests?
Birds have been nesting in unit's fireplace vents, this will cause a lack of oxygen and your fireplace will not function properly.
 
Plastic vents should also be replaced with metal vents.
